Skill through Experience

Over time, those in combat may acquire talents or skills through practice or experience. Everyone gains a number of Feats equal to their Proficiency Bonus. When you level up in a Class, you may switch out which Feats you have. The number of Feats per level does NOT include Feats gained through Class Features.
